Stephen McLaren Combe, Founder & CEO

Over 30 years in software and product development, Stephen brings a combination of engineering, marketing, sales & global distribution. 

Stephen has held senior management positions at fortune 500 companies including Oracle Corp, Computer Sciences Corporation, Blue Label Telecom and others and recently has built and sold several FinTech start ups. 

A serial entrepreneur, Stephen has pioneered the development of payment tokens, self service kiosks, crypto adoption and is passionate about developing technology for the underbanked and underserved populations. 

A native of Edinburgh, Scotland, Stephen has lived and worked in 9 countries, including England, France, Croatia, Japan, South Africa and the United States developing truly global businesses without borders.

Joe is co-founder of Cashteca and has a long and successful career building sales, distribution and operations in Telecommunications and Payments. 

Prior to Cashteca, Joe launched over 3,500 Boost Mobile wireless retail locations throughout the United States with VIP Wireless and established the largest pay-as-you-go brand.

Joe manages all distributors and channels for Cashteca and is actively involved with retailers and store personnel.

Based in South Carolina, Joe is a native of Philadelphia, PA.

Alfredo is a successful entrepreneur and co-founder of Stella Technologies, Mexico and has pioneered development of payment and distribution technology and products throughout Mexico. 

Previously, Afredo was Co-founder and V.P. of Sales and Marketing for Xertix and Metronet (Data Center, Managed Services and Metropolitan Carrier, Director and Senior Manager for Alestra/AT&T and Avantel/MCI in Mexico's telecom market.
 

Afredo’s specialties include Commercialization of services and products for the IT and Telecomm markets, Business planning and development, Negotiation of licenses, permits and regulatory requirements.

Alfredo holds an MBA and Bsc in Computer Science from Tecnológicode Monterrey.

Jaime is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Stella Technologies and previously created many of the companies within the group, including Data Logic and Tu Dinero Digital.

A pioneer in the payments and distribution space, 

Jaime has built some of the largest networks throughout Mexico bringing retailers, banks, institutions and suppliers together, reaching over 60,000 locations.

Stella Technologies is a group of payment and technology companies including distribution, bill payment, remittance, payment processing and insurance.

Jaime received his Bsc in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterreyand MBA in Finance from Kellog School of Management at Northwestern University. 

Mr. Santaella is a high performance executive with experience in International Financial Services and Consumer Products, with over 18 years of broad business and management experience in senior roles in strategic planning, new product development, and project management at major financial institutions such as MasterCard and Visa.
 

Mr. Santaella has extensive Multilingual and Multicultural experience within a diverse international operating environment and track record in the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Specialties: Prepaid Cards, Stored Value Cards - Network Branded / Open Loop and Closed Loop Cards. Issuing and Acquiring Processing. Mobile Commerce, Mobile Payments, Mobile Money Transfer solutions. 

A seasoned industry veteran, Ms. Contreras is an independent board member with a proven track record with global corporations in the US and Mexico.

Ms. Contreras is member of several boards including Fenix Holdings, an investment holding venture dedicated to acquiring and consolidating targeted outpatient clinics and previously was Vice President, Electronic Services with Gruppo Bimbo where she led the evolution of the company into the digital age.

Previously, Ms. Contreras held senior leadership positions with Nacional Financiera, Banco Santander Serfinand BancomerBBVA.
